The General Criteria for the "Affiliate of the Year" Award is as follows
Industry Knowledge & Compliance: Is the affiliate well trained and knowledgeable in respect to their
affiliated industry?
Customer Care & Good Business Partner: Does the affiliate treat your staff with respect and courtesy? Will
they help you with solve problems when asked? Are they quick to respond and provide good customer
service?
Honesty and Integrity: From your perception, does it appear that the affiliate operates with honesty and
integrity?
IAMB involvement, Industry Support and Activity: Does the affiliate support the retail mortgage channel by
being involved as a sponsor or active committee/board member for IAMB? Due they donate time or money
